The primary goal of this initial meeting is to establish a supportive foundation for the coaching relationship, ensuring that you feel heard and understood as we embark on your health journey.

The 60-minute returning client appointment in a health coaching practice focuses on building upon the progress made in previous sessions. During this time, I will review goals, discuss any challenges faced since the last meeting, and assess the effectiveness of strategies implemented. This session allows for deeper exploration of specific topics, facilitating a collaborative approach to refine action plans and set new objectives.
